<p>1. If you are a smoker, can be a good time to quit. If you can not achieve this goal try at least not exceed the amount of five cigarettes a day.</p>
<p>2. Avoid alcohol abuse and do not take drugs without medical advice.</p>
<p>3. If you need to do some traveling as long as there is no specific contraindication, choose the most convenient means of transportation. When using the car, we recommend placing the seat belt so you do not press the abdomen, making passes above or below. It is also advisable to make small breaks during the trip (every two hours) in order to walk a little and take some kind of food more or less light.<br />
These indications are trying to promote <a href="http://www.transfigurationcollege.org/category/cardiovascular-diseases">blood circulation</a> especially in the legs and avoid prolonged periods of fasting.</p>
<p>4. Avoid being overweight (which could hinder the delivery).<br />

<p>1. Food must be taken to facilitate the growth and development of your child.</p>
<p>2. The diet should be balanced and orderly. Pay special attention to the quality of food, just because the amount is changed. In terms of frequency, it is better distribution of five meals a day.</p>
<p>3. Choose how cooking whenever possible. Avoid fried foods. Eat foods boiled, steamed or grilled. Use natural seasonings such as garlic, onion or lemon.</p>
<p>4. Choose products that have not undergone excessive preparation or development processes. Are preferred foods in their natural forms. Every day is advised to take vegetables, fruit, meat or fish.</p>
<p>5. It is recommended weekly intake of vegetables in small amount. Several times a week will take grain, if possible improve the comprehensive constipation.</p>
