1. If you are a smoker, can be a good time to quit. If you can not achieve this goal try at least not exceed the amount of five cigarettes a day.

2. Avoid alcohol abuse and do not take drugs without medical advice.

3. If you need to do some traveling as long as there is no specific contraindication, choose the most convenient means of transportation. When using the car, we recommend placing the seat belt so you do not press the abdomen, making passes above or below. It is also advisable to make small breaks during the trip (every two hours) in order to walk a little and take some kind of food more or less light.
These indications are trying to promote blood circulation especially in the legs and avoid prolonged periods of fasting.

4. Avoid being overweight (which could hinder the delivery).
