We all know that cholesterol is linked to poor nutrition and is a dominant factor in obesity, besides that can cause us significant health problems producing damaging our heart or arteriosclerosis, so we can learn to eat correctly with low-fat foods will contribute to lose weight, our health care and keep cholesterol at bay.
