The mechanical or exercise bike, like any other cardiovascular athletic activity such as jogging, hiking or even climbing stairs and dancing are very useful for burning calories, increasing blood circulation, improve heart rate, and increase resistance. However, there are very effective at building muscle, at least significantly.

Cardiovascular exercises that can be done with these bikes are one of the best ways to prevent health problems, especially those involving the heart. It is not a momentary but becomes a way to experience every moment of life. The basic factor of yoga is breathing and that this is the responsibility of connecting the body with mind and spirit.

The practice of yoga brings many health benefits and helps prevent diseases. It relaxes the body and causes a better functioning nervous system, glandular, cardiovascular and digestive systems. Breathing is the most important because it carries oxygen throughout the body which makes the mind settles down and so the body begins to relax. If you work on lengthening the spine, is working to release the tensions that exist between the vertebrae, and this has a regenerative effect on the central nervous system.

Also teaches us that become different basic principles for human beings. One is social and how to relate to others. Personal principles for living in harmony, purification, self-awareness, contentment.
