Remedy for Insomnia # 3: Boil water in a cup of two grams of orange leaves, add sugar to taste, let it settle and drink it warm. It can also make tea with orange flowers. To do this, place two grams of the flowers in a cup and make the above procedure. . Take it half an hour before bedtime.

Remedy for Insomnia # 4: Meter inside the pillow natural elements such as orange blossom, eucalyptus and chamomile.
