The basic factor of yoga is breathing and that this is the responsibility of connecting <a href="http://www.transfigurationcollege.org/" target="_blank"><strong>the body with mind and spirit.</strong></a></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The practice of <a href="http://www.transfigurationcollege.org/category/fitness-and-physical-activity/gymnastics" target="_blank"><strong>yoga brings many health benefits </strong></a>and helps prevent diseases. It relaxes the body and causes a better functioning nervous system, glandular, cardiovascular and digestive systems. Breathing is the most important because it carries oxygen throughout the body which makes the mind settles down and so the body begins to relax. If you work on lengthening the spine, is working to release the tensions that exist between the vertebrae, and this has a regenerative effect on the central nervous system.</p>
